Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges​

• Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

• Items must not be engraved, personalized, or altered in any way.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

 

Refunds & Exchanges​

• Cash refunds are not available.

• Eligible items may be exchanged for another of equal value.

• All jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee that it is gold.

• Transactions processed through a finance company cannot be canceled; exchanges only are permitted.

 

Return Shipping​

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
